OVERVIEW:
We are all about variety at SVC.  This philosophy has led us to develop our new 1 piece 1.5" Upper Control Arm for the SVT Ford Raptor. Much like everything we do, these arms fit and finish are second to none and made from the same materials, and designed in the same fashion that you will find on $500,000 race-trucks.  We carried over much of the same hardware from our Raptor industry first Two Piece UCA and wrapped it into one clean and usable package.

When it comes to a UCA, the strength of components is the name of the game, and we are proud to say in over 5 years of hard off-road abuse, neither we or any one of our customers has seen one component failure or broken center pin.  Our arms have been at nearly every one of the Raptor held events, including Exo Offroad tortuous runs down in Baja Mexico.  Our One Piece UCA features a 3/4in 12-point 8740 aircraft grade bolt, a 7/8th FK rod-ends vs. the more commonly found 3/4in rod-ends in other similarly designed arms, plus we use only grade 8 chassis side hardware for added insurance. The spacer is CNC Machined for a precise fit which equates to a long lasting and aesthetically pleasing part 

During the construction phase, the arm is jig welded and keyed for better fitment.  The arm itself is on two different planes to ensure the bearing cup is at the proper angle and not rotated in the arm.  This allows for a better weld joint at the most critical part of the arm.  The arm is fully cambered caster adjustable which allows you to solid mount the problematic lower control arm pivots from shifting and constantly throwing your truck out of alignment. 

Bottom line, no other arm in this price range give you more for your money.

Note: It's very important to retorque all bolts after each offroad session and the first 1,000 miles.

A higher leaf count spring allows the use of thinner leaf material that yields a more flexible progressive leaf stack, or pyramid, producing a much smoother spring rate curve throughout the complete suspension cycle. The even, linear compression rate curve of our progressive system spring is the primary key to excellent ride quality.

The DID Damper Interface Device enables users with full vehicle functionality with aftermarket dampers without any permanent modifications to the vehicle.

With the introduction of the Live Valve system, aftermarket damper modifications are not as seamless as prior model year vehicles. Once the factory Live Valve dampers are removed, our team has found that the vehicle enters a faulted state. Consequently, Drive Modes are disabled and thus full Engine, Transmission, Anti-Lock Braking, Traction Control, Steering, and Driveline performance is restricted.

The Damper Interface Device enables users with full vehicle functionality with aftermarket dampers without any permanent modifications to the vehicle. The device is user installed in five minutes or less and enables full cluster functionality with aftermarket suspension systems.

Anyone considering taking an Off Road trip with 2019 up Raptors should order one of these up as a simple insurance policy.  If any of the following are damaged or wires broken / crimped, live valves, ride height sensors or wheels speed sensors (ABS) the control system will go into limp mode. Depending on the severity, the truck may go into full limp mode which may include some of the following.  Power Steering will not function, Engine power will be reduced, adjusting Terrain Modes will not be an option.  This device will bypass the Live Valve controller fault.

Note: the video doesn't show the new revised adjustable bump system.  All new kits will be sent out with three bolts holding it to the frame, and not the two as shown in the video. SVC will supply a third nut welded to a large washer to be used in the middle hole of the frame brace.

OVERVIEW:
We've been hard at work developing our new Adjustable Bump System for the 2017+ Gen 2 Ford Raptor.  We've not only stayed with our industry-leading adjustable but added to it for the Gen 2 crew.  We are now featuring Fox's Racing Shox Internal Floating Piston bump stop.  What does this mean?  Simple, you have all the bottoming out compression control that you could ever need, but still have a soft initial impact which reduces rear-end donkey kicking that plagues these trucks with other bump kits.

The Gen 2 ABS kit is fitted with a removable bump can that can be adjusted up or down.  When you move the bump can up, the kit is then in Xtreme Offroad mode. The highest setting will allow you to install a rear Bypass Rack and run a longer race shock through the bed for increased damping and bump travel.  

Note:  Leave the bump can in stock setting for all shock applications that mount to existing factory shock mounts.

With the new 2017+ Gen 2 Ford Raptors in full swing, we have been hard at work the past few months developing new products and improving on our current line-up of high-performance products for Fords new flagship F-150, the 2017 Raptor. Ford stepped up their game on this truck by offering Fox 3.0 IBP coil-overs as factory equipment. As great as these are going to be compared to the old 2.5 IBP shocks, Ford took away one of the main things that we all loved about the original shock, and that's the ability to adjust ride height. Now there is a solution that doesn't just offer you a simple one height fits all adjustment, such as mid or top perch, or adding a spacer.  

SVC Offroad has developed a hybrid system known as C.A.S. Coil-Adjustment-System. Our new C.A.S. System will turn your static front coil-over into a direct drop on threaded body coil-over, turning it into a true infinite height adjustable Coil-over as found on all aftermarket 3.0 Systems

Our new C.A.S. System will allow the following:

  • Infinite height adjustment up to original Top Perch height
  • Allow for front end corner balancing

These new Upper Control Arms have many unique features that make them stand out from the competition.  First and foremost, they have a contour milled into them vs. being a flat arm which puts the outer bearing at to much angle as seen with the competitors arms. This is a very complex process, but ensures that the outer uni-ball is on a better plain with the factory upright.  This results in less bearing wear, and less stress on the overall package, but in our view is worth the extra effort. 

Other key features of these arms are they are fully adjustable for both camber and caster on the truck with a Dual Inner Pivot Adjustment System.  Gone are the days of pulling of the arms to adjust your alignment.  These arms allow you to lock in your lower pivots, install the arms and get you an alignment that is right on par with any race-truck out there.  The Billet UCA is hard anodized for greater strength, only uses grade 8 hardware and still features the same 3/4inch 12-point nickel plated center bolt.  What does this mean for you?  Simple.  More strength than any other arm on the market.
