Our Stage 4 Topo 2.0 kit represents the pinnacle of performance in suspension upgrades for your 2020-UP Ford Transit AWD. This system pairs the adjustable rear Falcon 3.3 SP2 shocks, with a true 2.0"of lift for improved ground clearance while maintaining factory alignment specifications. This tuned suspension system will dramatically improve your ride quality and our Topo kit was developed specifically to work around the packaging and front CV shaft constraints presented by the 2020 AWD Transit platform. This kit is compatible with AWD Transit models from 2020-present, and fits all single rear wheel vans. The Stage 4 kit is designed specifically for built out camper vans or work vehicles that run at or near GVWR all the time. 8500lb vehicle weight and up.
The center piece of the Stage 4 kit are the Falcon 3.3 SP2 Adjustable rear shocks, which are tuned to our specifications. These upgraded dampers feature a 2.35" piston that will smooth out the harshness experienced on washboard roads and sharp, abrupt impacts. An intuitive, easy to adjust knob allows the user to easily fine tune their ride based on load, terrain, and driver preference. The bounce experienced over large bumps is reduced as well as the side to side sway or ‚jostling over uneven surfaces. Our Rear Shock Relocation Brackets allow for increased ground clearance and move the vulnerable shaft of your shock out of harm's way.
Our Topo Front Lift kit combines a precision engineered 0.75" lift camber correction plate, with a tuned coil spring. By engineering the spring length and rate to our specifications, our tuned spring nets approximately 1.25" of lift with a corresponding increase in compression travel. The B6 strut is not included with AWD specific kits, it can bind the CV and cause premature boot failure.
Rear lift is accomplished by our proven 5 leaf mini spring pack. This 5 leaf mini pack works in conjunction with the factory leaf pack to provide a 10-15% spring rate increase in the rear while lifting the back of the van anywhere from 2.0" to 2.5" depending on vehicle weight. Friction reducing tips on our leaves ensure a smooth, quiet ride.
We recommend running a maximum tire size of 265/75/16 with this suspension package. This tire size will require some slight trimming of the inner pinch seam, and depending on tire tread profile, some rubbing of the subframe is possible at full steering lock.
For more detailed information on this suspension package, read through the detailed instructions below as well as our AWD development videos regarding the R&D process of developing the Topo 2.0 lift kit. With this suspension package installed, the Ford Transit is an absolute joy to drive on all road conditions.

With conventional steering stabilizers, turning in one direction creates an increase in pressure inside the stabilizer as the shaft occupies more volume in the body and displaces the oil. The repercussion is a push or pull steering force felt by the driver as the stabilizer attempts to return to its neutral state. To overcome this unidirectional force, dual opposing stabilizers are often used, but this requires additional mounting hardware and space.
Derived from the FOX's original ATS stabilizer, the Performance Series 2.0 Stabilizer TS utilizes a Through Shaft (TS) architecture that eliminates shaft fluid displacement throughout the stabilizer's entire travel in both directions. By eliminating fluid displacement, the TS design delivers neutral and consistent damping of unwanted steering feedback. The result is unrivaled steering control at an unbelievable price point in a single, bolt-on stabilizer.
The Performance Series 2.0 Stabilizer TS includes application specific mounting hardware and is available in multiple clamp sizes for stock or aftermarket heavy duty tie-rods.

SVCOFFROAD has been building high performance suspension for both the Gen 1 and Gen 2 Ford Raptors. As time has gone on, many of our products have evolved into bigger, better, sexier and more functional. Brand new to our lineup in aftermarket suspension is a full Billet Upper Control Arms carved from one block of aluminum.
These new Upper Control Arms have many unique features that make them stand out from the competition. First and foremost, they have a contour milled into them vs. being a flat arm which puts the outer bearing at to much angle as seen with the competitors arms. This is a very complex process, but ensures that the outer uni-ball is on a better plain with the factory upright. This results in less bearing wear, and less stress on the overall package, but in our view is worth the extra effort.
Other key features of these arms are they are fully adjustable for both camber and caster. These arms allow you to lock in your lower pivots, install the arms and get you an alignment that is right on par with any race-truck out there. The Billet UCA is hard anodized for greater strength, only uses grade 8 hardware and still features the same 3/4inch 12-point nickel plated center bolt. What does this mean for you? Simple. More strength than any other arm on the market.
NOTE: AS OF JAN 1 2023 WE HAVE REMOVED THE DUAL INNER PIVOT SYSTEM AND HAVE GONE TO A MORE TRADITIONAL ROD END WITH LOCKING JAM NUT. UNFORTUNATELY TO MANY SHOPS DIDN'T READ DIRECTIONS AND TORQUE SPECS AND CRACKED THE EARS. PICS OF THE ARMS BELOW ARE OF THE OLD DUAL INNER PIVOT SYSTEM. THE NEW ARMS LOOK IDENTICAL TO THE ARMS IN THE PIC, JUST MINUS THE DUAL PIVOT ADJUSTERS.
