CAMBURG FORD RAPTOR 17-20 KINETIK SERIES BILLET UPPER ARMS
Our CamburgKINETIKSeries billet upper control arms for the 2017-19 Ford Raptors have been the benchmark in the industry and now we’re the first to update them to work with the 2019 models with the FOX Live Valve electronic suspension.
Countless hours were spent designing and refining these arms to the point where they met our high standards. CAD designing and machining gave us the ability to bring some new design elements and features to the table. We CNC machine these from aerospace quality 6061 billet aluminum, then send them out to be bead blasted, Type II anodized gun metal gray and have our Camburg logo laser etched.
Like our tubular arms we use a larger FK 1.25” uniball that has a PTFE liner for increased strength and mis-alignment for maximum useable wheel travel. Made in the USA these are far superior to the cheaper and smaller imports other companies use. Adapting the uniball to the spindle/knuckle is done using model specific spacers that match the factory taper precisely. These are machined from heat-treated stainless steel and are a one piece design for increased strength. No drilling or modifications are needed. The 1.25” uniball gives us the ability to run a larger and stronger 9/16” 12 point bolt with a low profile bolt-on uniball cap to resist the elements.
Using larger and stronger FK 7/8” chromoly heim joints allows for additional camber and caster adjustment if needed with larger 6” suspension kits or damaged frames. Using a heim joint also eliminates flexing/deflection under hard use and braking with zero binding when in use. Using AN/Mil-spec hardware we have a single pinch bolt and secondary jam nut to insure the heim is secure with the rigors of off-road use.
For 2019 models that now have a position sensor incorporated into the FOX electronic suspension we have stainless brackets that attach to our arms that the sensor linkage attaches to and we supply a drill template to drill to small holes in the existing mount for proper positioning. It’s a very simple process anyone can do.

FOX PERFORMANCE SERIES 2.0 TS STABILIZER FORD SUPER DUTY
With conventional steering stabilizers, turning in one direction creates an increase in pressure inside the stabilizer as the shaft occupies more volume in the body and displaces the oil. The repercussion is a push or pull steering force felt by the driver as the stabilizer attempts to return to its neutral state. To overcome this unidirectional force, dual opposing stabilizers are often used, but this requires additional mounting hardware and space.
Derived from the FOX's original ATS stabilizer, the Performance Series 2.0 Stabilizer TS utilizes a Through Shaft (TS) architecture that eliminates shaft fluid displacement throughout the stabilizer's entire travel in both directions. By eliminating fluid displacement, the TS design delivers neutral and consistent damping of unwanted steering feedback. The result is unrivaled steering control at an unbelievable price point in a single, bolt-on stabilizer.
The Performance Series 2.0 Stabilizer TS includes application specific mounting hardware and is available in multiple clamp sizes for stock or aftermarket heavy duty tie-rods.

OVERVIEW: We are all about variety at SVC. This philosophy has led us to develop our new 1 piece 1.5" Upper Control Arm for the SVT Ford Raptor. Much like everything we do, these arms fit and finish are second to none and made from the same materials, and designed in the same fashion that you will find on $500,000 race-trucks. We carried over much of the same hardware from our Raptor industry first Two Piece UCA and wrapped it into one clean and usable package.
When it comes to a UCA, the strength of components is the name of the game, and we are proud to say in over 5 years of hard off-road abuse, neither we or any one of our customers has seen one component failure or broken center pin. Our arms have been at nearly every one of the Raptor held events, including Exo Offroad tortuous runs down in Baja Mexico. Our One Piece UCA features a 3/4in 12-point 8740 aircraft grade bolt, a 7/8th FK rod-ends vs. the more commonly found 3/4in rod-ends in other similarly designed arms, plus we use only grade 8 chassis side hardware for added insurance. The spacer is CNC Machined for a precise fit which equates to a long lasting and aesthetically pleasing part
During the construction phase, the arm is jig welded and keyed for better fitment. The arm itself is on two different planes to ensure the bearing cup is at the proper angle and not rotated in the arm. This allows for a better weld joint at the most critical part of the arm. The arm is fully cambered caster adjustable which allows you to solid mount the problematic lower control arm pivots from shifting and constantly throwing your truck out of alignment.
Bottom line, no other arm in this price range give you more for your money. If you're ready to make the switch or upgrade your UCA for the first time, don't hesitate to call.
Note: It's very important to retorque all bolts after each offroad session and the first 1,000 miles.
